Lead Organizer

The Lead Community Organizer is an integral member of our staff. In this role, they will facilitate the base building activities, like outreach, recruitment, and engagement. This position emphasizes relationship building that results in member and core leader recruitment; implementing campaign strategies and tactics; and cultivating oneself as an organizational leader. Most importantly, our organizers come with and are open to a commitment toward their personal healing and journey toward wholeness/ aliveness for the sake of their prophetic and transformative leadership.

Social Media Organizer

The Social Media Organizer will serve as a digital organizer providing support to the organization/project and its campaigns and programs through digital platforms. The Social Media Organizer will implement social media strategies, manage social media, and build engagement via digital platforms in support of transformative campaigns and the day to day action of the organization. SNaP Co. has two anchor programs, The Freedom School and the Atlanta Trans Leadership Program. Additionally, this year we are launching a transformative campaign to decriminalize sex work in Georgia and de-prioritize arrest in the City of Atlanta and Fulton County.
